Chief Executive Officer (CEO): 

The CEO is responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction, managing the Foundation’s operations and aligning them with its vision. The CEO ensures effective communication with the Board and oversees the execution of all major initiatives.

Programs & Project Manager:

The Programs Manager coordinates and manages all development initiatives, ensuring that programs meet the needs of target communities and are executed within scope, time, and budget. Oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all programs and projects under the Foundation’s strategic pillars. He/She leads the team and liaises with partners to enhance and achieve project impact.

Finance and Administration Manager:

The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting. They ensure compliance with financial regulations and support the sustainable financial health of the Foundation through effective resource management.

Communications and Public Relations Manager:

The Communications Officer manages the Foundation’s public image and outreach strategies. Develop and implement the Foundation’s communication strategy, manage public relations, oversee branding and marketing activities, and handle media relations and stakeholder engagement. He/She handles media relations, develops communication materials, and ensures consistent messaging across all platforms.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Specialist/Manager

Develop and implement a robust MEAL framework to track the impact of the Foundation’s programs, ensure accountability, and facilitate learning and continuous improvement. The MEAL Specialist designs and implements systems to monitor project outcomes and measure impact. He/She ensures accountability, tracks progress, and facilitates learning to refine and improve programs.

Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

Develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, and identify and establish partnerships with local and international organizations to support the Foundation’s initiatives.

Education and Skills Development Coordinator/Manager

Oversee educational programs, scholarship initiatives, capacity-building workshops, and vocational training programs to ensure they align with the Foundation’s goals.

Healthcare and Wellbeing Coordinator/Officer

Coordinate healthcare programs and initiatives, manage healthcare outreach activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and partners to improve community health outcomes.

Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Coordinator/Officer

Manage economic empowerment programs, including business development training, mentorship programmes, and financial literacy workshops.

Environmental Sustainability Coordinator/Manager

Lead and coordinate environmental sustainability programs, including sustainable agriculture, waste management, and climate resilience initiatives.
